Rascals Soccer
Welcome to River Vale Rascals, a soccer clinic for 3 - 4 year olds (must be 3 by Sept. 30, 2020) residing in River Vale, NJ.
Our current planning is for the 2020 clinic to be held on Saturdays for six weeks: September 12, 26, October 3, 10, 17 and 24 and the Upper Grove Sports Complex.
The cost is $55 per child. Given the uncertainty of COVID-19, all registrants had been placed on a wait-list which has now been released. In addition to registering online and paying the $55 fee prior to Sept. 12, this mandatory COVID-19 waiver must be completed and a scanned copy sent to athletics@rivervalenj.org or put in an envelope and drop off at Town Hall ATTN: Richard O'Donnell in order to take part.
Registration will be available online only from August 1 through September 11 via Community Pass.

- T-shirt, soccer ball and socks included with registration fee
- Parent volunteers
- Season ending trophy. A pizza party may also be held depending on COVID -19 restrictions.
Given the COVID-19 environment, we will seek to have smaller teams than in normal years to enable increased distancing. Consequently, we will need additional volunteers for head and assistant coaches. All interested parents should refer to the Township's coaching requirements.
Rascals Soccer will likely be your child's first experience with recreational youth sports offered in our town. As such, the goal is to have fun. The children will engage in a series of games and drills to maximize their touches of the ball.
